If your event is cancelled without being rescheduled, you will be issued a refund back onto your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed back onto your card.
If you received hard copy tickets, you will be required to ship the tickets back to Vivid Seats. Vivid Seats will cover the cost of shipment by providing you with a shipping label, free of charge. Please check your email for further instruction.
If you received electronic or mobile tickets, no further action is required.
